I started my cash-only practice in February of 2020 (perfect timing, huh?) and by the end of October that same year, my business hit the 6-figure mark. No working capital loan. No big flashy practice. No paid marketing. No insurance.
In 2021, my fiance and I welcomed our son Parker, and I took an unpaid 9-week maternity leave while my practice continued making $20k+ each month.
